To resolve service issues, the Bank will call from the following range of numbers

* for e-mails, requests and documents, including those signed with a qualified electronic signature, except for:
- those related to the disclosure of bank secrecy;
- any settlement documents, including those related to mandatory deductions;
- those the provision and receipt of which must be or is stipulated by agreements;
- documents related to imposition of any encumbrance in respect of customer accounts (decisions to seize the money, etc.);
- documents that confirm and/or verify the customer’s identity.

The bank receives the documents listed as exceptions in the manner prescribed by law, which are sent to the postal address specified on its website.
