The NBU Board made a decision to remove JSC SENSE BANK from the market and submitted a proposal to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regarding participation of the state in this procedure.

Pursuant to the NBU Board’s decision, the Executive Board of the Deposit Guarantee Fund has passed a decision to introduce interim administration in the bank. During the interim administration, the bank will operate as normal.

In particular, individuals can make payments and cash withdrawals at ATMs within the limits set before by the regulator and the bank, without additional restrictions from the DGF. Payments from legal entities will be also accepted without any restrictions. After the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine makes a decision on participation of the state in removing the bank from the market, the interim administration will complete its assignment within three days and hand over management of the bank to a new management team.
