FinAwards 2022: Alfa-Bank Ukraine Got 5 Awards

Minfin and Finance.ua finance portals announced the winners of FinAwards 2022 annual award. According to the results of last year work, Alfa-Bank Ukraine (in a short time it will be Sense Bank) got 5 awards in various nominations:

Best Investment Offer — 1st place. In 2021 Alfa-Bank Ukraine was the first bank in the market which provided the customer with the possibility to purchase the shares of the leading international companies in the bank mobile app — in digital bank Sense SuperApp. With the start f the war the bank updated Investments section in Sense mobile app by adding the possibility for customers to support the country via online purchase of state military bonds for several minutes.

Best Payment Card — 1st place. White debit card from Alfa-Bank Ukraine which has many advantages for customers won in this nomination. For example, interest-free replenishment of the card using terminals, additional 6.5% per annum on the balance of funds, and etc.

Leading Technologies and Innovations — 1st place. 1.5 years in a row already Alfa-Bank Ukraine team constantly introduces new and important functions in Sense SuperApp digital bank. The bank won this nomination for provision of customers with the possibilities of remote opening of accounts, re-identification through Dia application, investing funds in shares of international companies in the Investments section and etc. in 2021.

Best Mobile App — the 2nd place. The bank got this award for its convenient Sense SuperApp digital bank interface, the speed and relevance of online services provided to customers, as well as the wide functionality provided in Sense application.

Best Premium Card — the 2nd place. After analyzing the bank's offer for customers with an income level above the average, namely Graphite debit card from Alfa-Bank Ukraine, and after evaluating its advantages, the card was recognized as one of the best premium cards in the market.

Selection of the best ones was carried out by voting by an independent authoritative jury, an expert group of editors from Minfin and Finance.ua sites, and open voting of site readers.

Alfa-Bank Ukraine is one of the systemically important banks of Ukraine that is being in the process of changing its name to Sense Bank. The financial establishment provides services to more than 3 mln of natural persons, 55 ths legal entities, and 82 ths individual entrepreneurs. Approx. 5 ths employees are working at the bank.
