The National Bank of Ukraine Approved Alla Komisarenko for the Position of Chairman of the Alfa-Bank Ukraine Board

On March 7, 2022, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine, based on the results of the interview and consideration of the package of documents, decided to approve Alla Komisarenko for the position of Chairman of the Alfa-Bank Ukraine Board.

Since March 2018, Ms. Komisarenko held the position of Director of Financial Control of Alfa-Bank. Alla is a professional with 30 years of experience in the banking system of Ukraine, including more than 23 years in management positions.

Before Alfa-Bank Ukraine Ms. Komisarenko worked at various times as the Deputy Operating Director of Pravex Bank, the Head of the Board of Kontrakt and Concorde banks, as well as the Financial Director of the Terrasoft IT company.

Alla graduated from Kyiv National University with a major in “Accounting and Auditing in Bank Management”, and also received an MBA at the Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
