The NBU has continued Simeon Djankov's powers of a proxy of Alfa-Bank Ukraine

By the resolution of the NBU Committee on Supervision and Regulation of Bank Activities, Payment Systems Supervision (Oversight) taken on 13.10.2022, Simeon Djankov's powers of the proxy are extended until Petr Aven, Mikhail Fridman and Andrey Kosogov eliminate the violation resulted in a temporary ban suspending their voting rights.

It’s worth noting that, in April, the NBU approved Simeon Dyankov for the position of the proxy, who was given the voting rights attached to the shares owned by the shareholders not considered to be the persons having an impeccable reputation, as well as the right to participate in any way in managing the bank’s activities.
