We cannot comment the activity of russian bank system, and especially some document looking like usual fake. 

We shall emphasize once again that we have no relationships with the said bank in russia, we do not work in the temporarily occupied territories and our customer data are protected by the legislation of Ukraine. Moreover, at the beginning of war the Board of Alfa-Bank Ukraine decided to stop using Alfa-Bank brand and the moment there is a process bank renaming in Sense Bank.
