Olena Zubchenko has been appointed as the Acting Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Sense Bank

Chairman of the Management Board, Mr. Dmytro Kuzmin, has resigned by mutual consent and due to personal and private reasons, and the Supervisory Board has accepted his resignation. 

Mrs. Olena Zubchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, has been appointed ad interim as the Acting Chairman of the Management Board to ensure continued smooth running of the Bank under rigorous oversight from and cooperation with the Supervisory Board. 

The Supervisory Board will be commencing the process for the selection and appointment of a new permanent Chairman of the Management Board as soon as possible. 

The Business as usual continues at Sense Bank with highly professional staff servicing the Bank’s clients in the most competent and dedicated manner. The rapid transformation of the Sense Bank as a strong state- owned financial institution since its recent nationalization is continuing according to plan.
