A new composition of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of JSC Sense Bank has been appointed
The new members of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board of JSC Sense Bank have begun to perform their duties. The bank's management team was appointed by the Deposit Guarantee Fund upon motion of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and approval of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Now, the Supervisory Board of JSC Sense Bank consists of five members: two representatives of the state and three independent members. Acuner Sevki has been appointed as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Other members of the Supervisory Board are as follows:
- Andriy Pronchenko - Member of the Supervisory Board (independent);
- Rostyslav Dyuk - Member of the Supervisory Board (independent);
- Andrii Svystun - Member of the Supervisory Board;
- Vladyslav Vlasiuk - Member of the Supervisory Board.
Dmytro Kuzmin has been appointed as Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Sense Bank. Other members of the Management Board are as follows:
- Olena Zubchenko - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
- Oleksii Shkliaruk - Board Member, Chief Risk Officer;
- Inna Tiutiun - Board Member;
- Andrii Sokolov- Board Member.

We’d like to note that on July 22, 2023, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the Deposit Guarantee Fund entered into an agreement for purchase of a 100% stake in the systemically important Sense Bank, whereby the bank has become state-owned.
Sense Bank is a state-owned bank, one of the systemically important banks in Ukraine, with 132 branches throughout Ukraine. The financial institution provides services to around 3 million individuals, 58 thousand legal entities and 86 thousand sole proprietors. The bank employs around 4 000 people.
