Results of 2 Days of Work of Alfa-Bank Ukraine under the Martial Law

Within the record terms, all critical functions of the bank were configured to ensure the operation of departments, replenishment of ATMs with cash, payment of corporate clients, uninterrupted operation of online services of the Sense SupperApp digital bank in the case of constant Doss attacks.

1) the courage of employees who go to work in a bank department in extremely difficult conditions:

- on February 24, 22 departments along the whole Ukraine was working;

- on February 25, — more than 60 of 200 departments;

2) Within less than a day the IT department of Alfa-Bank Ukraine launched the function of transferring aid to the Armed Forces of Ukraine via Sense SupperApp digital bank.

It only needs a few clicks: select the “Payments”/“Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine” tab. Click, enter the amount and send.

A convenient template for one-click payment has been developed, the possibility to transfer money from the yePidtrymka card also was configured. In just a few days, bank customers made about 50,000 transfers in the amount of UAH 46 mln via Sense to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

3) Limits for funds transfer between Alfa-Bank Ukraine customers in Sense SuperApp (by phone, card, account numbers) were increased.

On February 24 it was:

- UAH 50,000 per one operation;

- UAH 150,000 per day;

- UAH 400,000 per month.

On February 25 it become:

- UAH 50,000 per one operation;

- UAH 500 ths per day;

- UAH 500 ths per month.

4) We are thankful to the customers for their trust:

On February 24, deposits for UAH 35 mln was open.

On February 25, deposits for UAH 17 mln was open.

5) Starting from March 1, 2022, Alfa-Bank Ukraine launches a credit holiday for all credit cards and loans for customers - natural persons.

6) The validity period of all the Bank's payment cards, the validity period of which was supposed to expire in February-March, was automatically extended for +180 days.

The Bank works according to the Resolution of the National Bank of Ukraine on the operation of the banking system under the martial law. We are thankful to the regulator for clear coordination of efforts under the critically difficult conditions.
