Sense Bank JSC Supervisory Board to Expand to Six Members

By a decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 21, 2026, Nataliia Dehtiarova has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of Sense Bank JSC as the state’s representative from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Ms. Dehtiarova will take up her position immediately after her approval by the National Bank of Ukraine, in accordance with banking legislation requirements. From that point, the bank’s Supervisory Board will expand to six members - the quorum required to hold valid meetings.

As a reminder, on August 24, the Supervisory Board was also joined by international expert Peter Novak as an independent member, bringing over 25 years of experience in IT and operations, including in the banking sector.

One of the priorities for the renewed Supervisory Board of Sense Bank JSC is ensuring effective corporate governance as the bank prepares for its upcoming privatization.
