Statement by JSC “Sense Bank” Regarding Investigative Actions

On August 19, law enforcement representatives conducted investigative actions related to specific individuals at the head office of JSC “Sense Bank.”

We are interested in having all circumstances of this situation clarified fully and objectively. Therefore, the bank is cooperating with the authorized bodies and providing all necessary information in accordance with the procedure established by law.

At the same time, the law restricts the disclosure of information related to pre-trial investigations, so at this stage the bank refrains from any comments with details regarding the investigative actions. JSC “Sense Bank” will publish current information and further steps on its official resources as soon as this becomes possible.

All bank services continue to operate as usual and remain available to clients. Operational stability and quality service remain the bank’s priority.
