Changes to the Supervisory Board of JSC Sense Bank: New Independent Member Appointed

SC Sense Bank announces changes to the composition of the bank's Supervisory Board as part of the ongoing enhancement of corporate governance.

On 22 August, by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Mykola Hladyshenko, a member of the bank's Supervisory Board, ceased his powers.

On 24 August, a new independent member, Peter Novak, joined the Supervisory Board of JSC Sense Bank.

Peter Novak has more than 25 years of experience in IT and operations, including in the banking sector. From 2007 to 2010, he served as a Board Member, COO, and CIO of Tatra Banka in Slovakia. From 2011 to 2014, he held the position of Managing Director at Raiffeisen Bank International (Vienna), responsible for international operations and IT. He also served on the Supervisory Boards of Raiffeisen group banks in the Czech Republic, Romania, and Hungary. He subsequently served on the Management Boards of Slovak banks: VUB Banka (2014-2019, COO) and Prima Banka (2019-2023, CIO).

The new independent member's international banking experience will strengthen the Supervisory Board of JSC Sense Bank and support the further development of corporate governance and the bank's preparation for privatization.

The bank will announce further appointments to the Supervisory Board on its official channels.
